In order to consolidate the already strong production units, Flenco de Mexico was set up in September 1998, with its head office in Mexico City. In March 2002 Flenco expanded further by taking over V & B Servocomandi Srl, an Italian company leading in the field of Fluid Power Transmission. V & B cylinders and valves date back to the early 1950’s, when the company played a major role in the growing Northern Italy industrial automation industry at that time.
