Layher pressure switches represent the highest Swabian quality. They monitor and control hydraulic and pneumatic processes reliably and safely – top quality at attractive prices. You benefit in particular from Layher flexibility. Layher is happy to meet feasible special wishes with respect to materials, threads, media and much, much more.
Layher’s pressure switches are designed for a very wide range of fields of application. For example in machine and plant engineering, in mobile hydraulics and much, much more. Layher’s pressure switches reliably monitor the pressure of liquid and gaseous media.
These electronic pressure switches and pressure sensors are available for a very wide range of applications, e.g. in machine and plant engineering.
Layher’s vacuum switches are designed for a very wide range of fields of application. For example in machine and plant engineering, in mobile hydraulics and much, much more. Layher’s vacuum switches reliably monitor the pressure of liquid and gaseous media
Layher’s differential pressure switches are designed for a very wide range of fields of application. For example in machine and plant engineering, in filter monitoring and much, much more. Three types allow pressure setting ranges from 0.3 bar to 50 bar.
Quality relays from Layher are particularly flexible in their application: From 50 to 400 Ampere power output at 12, 24 and 48 Volts. Layher relays are the safe solution, as the closed design protects them from water and other influences. On request our relays are available with CAN bus capability and of bistable design.
A wide variety of applications, such as in commercial vehicles, construction machinery or in machine engineering are possible. The single-coil relays from this series are available with NO, NC and changeover contacts.
Referred to the nominal voltage of 12 and 24 V, these relays over rated currents of 50 A, 75 A, 90 A, 100 A, 120 A, 200 A, 300 A and 400 A.The power relays are available with coil voltages of 12 V, 24 V and 48 V. Other voltages on request.
Bistable relays have been developed for a wide range of applications, such as in commercial vehicles, rail vehicles, construction machinery or in household technology.A magnet circuit with permanent magnet latching allows these power relays to be operated without any holding coil energy. A pulse transmitted to the pull-in or drop-out coil moves the contact system to the respective end position in which it is held by a permanent magnet.
The series comprises power relays for rated currents of 100 A, 200 A and 300 A with rated voltages of 12 V, 24 V and 48 V.
High-performance relays are designed for fields of application with the highest demands, such as in the commercial vehicle and construction machinery sector.
In addition to the water tightness, additional important features are a compact design and low holding current. The series comprises high-performance relays for rated currents of 200 A and 300 A. The relays are available with rated voltages of 12 V or 24 V.
