技術仕様: This unit is composed by: Isolated tank of 500 l. for chemical solutions, n°1, made in stainless steel AISI 316L, isolated in the body, complete of attacks for temperature probe, connection for manual valves. Attack for the water inlet and return lines in the upper bottom.
Set of manual valves for flow management, butterfly type, made of AISI 316L stainless steel, EPDM seal, complete of handle multi position. The connections are CLAMP. Centrifugal pump, mod. HYGINOX SE-28, flowrate 12.000 l/h a 4 bar, motor 4 kW. The connection are CLAMP type. Control strumentations, composts of: No. 1 electric resistance of 15Kw that will be located inside the tank for heating the cleaning solution. No. 1 temperature probe placed low solution tank.
Support skid, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with assembly of all the elements offered, with two fixed wheels and two mobile wheels. All the welds will be made by flooding the interior with inert gas to eliminate the risk of
contamination. Electrical panel, composed of: Stainless Steel cabinet; Protection and control elements of motor pump;
Temperature control.
