説明: Vortex Model No. TS10, 10" Titan TSG Valve
技術仕様: Heavy duty valve frame construction is based on formed
carbon steel channel with a beveled, abrasion resistant steel (AR400) blade and liner. A displacement pocket
on the closing end of the valve assists in closing when material is present. Valve includes hardened steel
rollers. Material contact is carbon steel and polymer. Access in the valve frame allows for removal and
replacement of bonnet seals while the gate valve remains in service. The valve is actuated by a double acting
air cylinder equipped with magnetic ring which activates a magnetic reed position indicating switch
(purchases separately)
• Valve is rated for 250˚F(122˚C) maximum continuous service. PET side seals and bonnet seals are live
loaded and silicone rubber backed.
