The CPS-D-A pressure sensor has a built-in differential pressure element that is temperature compensated for high accuracy and linearity. The differential pressure element and the output signal have a high resolution, which means that the pressure value in increments of max. 1 Pa over the entire measuring range (-100 to + 3500Pa) is presented. The desired function and the measuring range are set via an illuminated display. The pressure measuring range determines at which measured value the output signal starts and when the maximum output signal should be given. Output signal (0-10V or 4-20 mA), K-factor for volume measurement and the desired signal attenuation are also set via the display. CPS-D-A is supplied ex-factory for differential pressure measurement in the range 0-500 Pa, 0-10V output signal and average signal attenuation (10 sec.). The measuring range can be set optionally from -100 Pa to +3500 Pa, in steps of 50 Pa. CPS-D-A can measure volume / flow via, for example, blowers or orifice plates by setting the K-factor. The conversion formula of differential pressure in volume is: q = k x √Δp. The K-factor can be set with two decimal places. In addition, different units can be set: m³ / h, m³ // s and l / s. The unit setting is merely a "display label" and therefore does not perform any mathematical calculation of the measured value. The measuring range can be set between 0 and 32000, in steps of 100 up to 3500 and in steps of 500 from 3500 onwards
