. 2) The thermocouples are for temperature limi-
. tation purpose. They need to get connected
. through intrinsic safe circuits (Ex ic) to
. electronic safety temperature limites (ESTBs)
. inside of the electronic control unit.
. The trip points of this ESTBs need to be adjusted
. to a maximum temperature of 300°C and locked.
. The control unit needs to initiate an automatic
. power shutdown in case of ESTB tripped.
. 3) The equippment is marked as T. to indicate that
. additional measures are necessary in order to
. certify for a temperatur class. In this case, the
. temperature limitation need to get implemented
. propperly by the electric control unit and a
. thermal piece test needs to get performed
. under operation conditions.
. 4) Thermal piece test is not included in the
. price. We can offer it separately if reed.
